Prayer Praise: Day 67: My Son’s 8th Birthday

Psalms 115:14 NIV
[14] May the Lord cause you to flourish, both you and your children.

May 30th is my eldest son’s birthday. Today he turns eight years old.

I can remember the day I went into labor with him like it was yesterday.

Looking back, I knew so little.

Holding my newborn the first time, I felt a love that I never had experienced before.

God wants us to flourish.

The Lord doesn’t want us to merely get through each day in survival mode.

He gives us everything we need.

He knows what we want before we ask.

He sees us.

He knows us.

He loves us.

He knows our past, our present, and our future.

We can trust that He has everything handled.
