Isaiah 59:1 NKJV
[1] Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear.
God can save those who we assume are lost.
We can pray for those who have rejected Jesus Christ.
It’s not our job to save them. Only God can save them.
We need not nag them.
We might need to take a break.
When the time is right, we might circle back to sharing God’s love and light with them.
They might be in a place where they are more receptive to accept God back into their life later on.
Matthew 10:11-14 NKJV
[11] “Now whatever city or town you enter, inquire who in it is worthy, and stay there till you go out. [12] And when you go into a household, greet it. [13] If the household is worthy, let your peace come upon it. But if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. [14] And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet.
We never give up on our loved ones.
We can pray, hope, and trust that God will reach them.
In surrender, we find peace.
A daisy has many pure white petals. They coexist as a whole.
We never know when a seed we planted will grow. Sometimes farmers give a plot of land a Sabbath so that the following year a plentiful harvest will sprout.
Amen.
