Psalms 46:1 NKJV
[1] God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.

We are more loved and valued by God than we can possibly imagine.

God recognizes that in this world, we’ll encounter trouble.

We don’t have to feed it.

We don’t have to engage in it.

We can simply trust His plan and follow.

Trusting in Him builds resilience.

Amen.
