Psalms 69:16 NKJV
[16] Hear me, O Lord, for Your lovingkindness is good; Turn to me according to the multitude of Your tender mercies.

Young children can delight the soul, yet also drain our energy.

God shows us mercy when we lack energy.

He can give us patience when we think we have none left.

He reminds us of His love and His kindness.

We sometimes need to lower our expectations about how we think the day should go in order to allow for the blessings God has given us to flow freely.

When we focus on what is good, we can shift our energy.

Amen.
