Psalms 119:89 NIV
[89] Your word, Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.

Some things are temporary, like a hammock. It can be set up between two trees and taken down whenever convenient.

Other things are eternal and permanent, like the Word of God.

Seasons of life change, but God’s love for us never changes.

We can take comfort in God’s eternal love for us.

Amen.
