Psalms 121:1-2 NKJV
[1] I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? [2] My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

Nature can remind us how powerful God is.

He is bigger than our problems.

He sees into the future and can give us peace about our present situations, however challenging they may feel.

God’s on our side, and He has not forgotten about us.

Although inviting the Holy Spirit into our decision-making process does not eliminate trouble from our lives, it lightens the invisible load that we bear when we try to do it all ourselves.

We can have self compassion as we go about our days, and we can treat others with kindness, too.

Amen.
